Return & refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email contact@gtxape.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

Damaged or incorrect items: contact us and we will make it right at no cost to you.
