Vintage 1990’s Pewter Shih Tzu wind chimes by Carson. Unfortunately it’s just the Chimes and the carousel is not included. They are new as they were sealed in the bag and I opened it to take the pictures. It would not be hard to make something to replaces the carousel. The dogs measure 4.5” wide and 3” tall.
