You must use the Website lawfully and respectfully. Products, Pricing & Accuracy (Wood Goods)

Gtxape offers wooden puzzles and decorative items. While we take care in presenting photographs, measurements, materials, finishes, and prices, minor variations are inherent:

Material variation: Natural wood can show unique grain patterns, small knots, and subtle tone differences. Minor tolerance differences may occur.
Screen differences: Colors on a monitor may not perfectly match the physical product.
Visual representations: Product images include only the items listed in the description.
Care and maintenance: Follow usage and care instructions; protect wood from direct sunlight, extreme temperature swings, and prolonged moisture; use products within intended limits.

Prices, inventory availability, and features may change without notice. All prices, fees, and refunds are shown in USD. If we identify a substantive error (such as price, availability, or description), Gtxape may correct the error and cancel and fully refund any affected checkout; if Gtxape cancels, you will receive a full refund in USD.

Orders, Payments, Taxes & Cancellations

Submitting a checkout request is an offer to purchase. Gtxape accepts the offer when an order confirmation is issued and the order enters our normal fulfillment flow. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, item unavailability, a detected error, suspected misuse, or security concerns) and may request additional verification (such as address confirmation or payment authorization).

Payment: Use the methods shown at checkout. Gtxape does not store full card details. You agree to pay all charges shown at checkout in USD.
International fees: Duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage terms follow the Shipping Policy for your destination; amounts (if applicable) are shown at checkout in USD.
Currency: Transactions and refunds are processed in USD; your bank/PayPal determines any foreign exchange rates and fees.
Ownership and risk: Title transfers after full payment is received. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery by the carrier to your specified address (or upon collection by you or your representative).
Cancellations: See the Cancellation Policy. Cancellation may be possible before the parcel is handed to the carrier; after carrier handoff, cancellation is not available. For international shipments, cancellation may be unavailable once the parcel has entered export clearance flow.

Shipping & Delivery (Parcel Shipping)

See the Shipping Policy for full terms. Orders ship via standard parcel services. Missed delivery attempts or address changes requested after carrier handoff may result in carrier fees as described in the Shipping Policy.

On delivery, inspect the outer carton before accepting when possible. If visible damage exists, note it with the driver, take photographs, and contact Gtxape promptly. Keep all packaging until next steps are confirmed.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

See the Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, steps, and timelines (USD). Items that differ from standard catalog specifications due to special requested variations may be excluded from preference returns, except in cases of verified defects or verified transit damage. Begin any return by contacting Gtxape first. Items must be in like-new condition and ideally include original protective materials. Photos may be requested to support a faster resolution (such as replacement parts where applicable, exchange, or refund). Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD; posting time is determined by your bank/PayPal. Mandatory local consumer rights (including EU/UK withdrawal rights for eligible standard goods) are respected.

Your Content & Intellectual Property

All proprietary material on the Website (text, images, designs, logos, videos, layouts, and underlying software) is owned by Gtxape or its partners and is legally protected. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose content without express written authorization.

If you submit content such as reviews, photos, or commentary, you grant Gtxape a global, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, adapt for clarity, and share that material across the store, emails, advertisements, and social media (credit given where feasible). Warranties, Safety & Care

Some items include a limited warranty against material or workmanship faults for residential use (see the product page or accompanying paperwork). This warranty excludes normal wear, expected wood changes due to climate/age, color changes from light exposure, incorrect setup, improper use, commercial use, or damage from excessive moisture/heat/pets/harsh chemicals.

Usage care: Follow any provided usage guides and store items in a stable environment away from excessive humidity. Except for any explicit warranties provided, and to the extent permitted by law, Gtxape disclaims implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Any statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited remain valid.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gtxape is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of use or lost profits) not directly caused by us. For any actionable claim, the total liability of Gtxape is limited to the USD amount you paid for the specific item involved in the dispute.

Force Majeure: Gtxape is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (for example, severe weather, carrier delays, strikes, material shortages, or governmental actions). Nothing here excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are interpreted under the following laws, with non-exclusive jurisdiction in your country of residence where mandatory consumer protections require it:
