We are a small, passionate business dedicated to one simple thing: making high-quality wooden puzzles that help you slow down and think clearly.

We are GTXAPE LLC. Our home base is at 2301 Industrial Parkway West, Hayward, California. From this location, we run our business, check our products, and help our customers. The company was founded by Rosemarie Robart, and we are proud to be an American small business doing things the right way.

1. OUR STORY: WHY WE STARTED

Life today is very fast. We spend too much time looking at phone screens, computer screens, and televisions. Everything is digital.

Rosemarie Robart started GTXAPE because she wanted to change that. She missed the feeling of holding something real. She was tired of cheap plastic toys that break easily and end up in the trash. She wanted to create something better—something made of wood, something that feels good in your hands, and something that challenges your brain.

She believed that people need a “break” from their busy lives. A wooden puzzle is perfect for this. When you are solving a puzzle, you are not worrying about work or emails. You are just focusing. It is a quiet moment of peace.

2. HOW WE WORK: QUALITY YOU CAN TRUST

Many people ask us: “Where do your products come from?” and “Are they good quality?”

We want to be completely open with you. We do not just buy cheap products and resell them. We care deeply about how our puzzles are made. Here is our process:

Step 1: Good Wood from Good Sources A good puzzle starts with good wood. We do not use low-quality fake wood. We work with reliable suppliers right here in the United States to get our materials. We choose strong, beautiful woods like oak, maple, and walnut. We want to make sure the wood is safe, clean, and durable. Because our suppliers are in the US, we know exactly where the material comes from.

Step 2: Checked in California We run our operations from our facility in Hayward, California. This is very important to us. Every product goes through a strict check before we sell it. We look at the pieces. We check the fit. We make sure the surface is smooth. If a puzzle has a scratch or a defect, we do not sell it. Because we are here in the warehouse looking at the products ourselves, we can promise you that the quality is high.

Step 3: Packing and Shipping When you order from us, we pack your box with care. We know that many of our customers buy these puzzles as gifts for friends or family. We want the package to arrive safely and look great.

3. WHY WE SELL DIRECTLY TO YOU

You will not find GTXAPE products in big superstores or on giant messy marketplaces. We made a choice to sell Direct-to-Consumer through our own website.

Why is this better for you?

• Better Prices for Better Quality: When companies sell on big marketplaces, they have to pay huge fees. To pay those fees, they often raise the price or use cheaper materials. We don’t do that. By selling directly to you, we save money on fees, and we use that money to buy better wood.

4. OUR PRODUCTS: MORE THAN JUST A TOY

At GTXAPE, we make items that are good for your brain and good for your home.

• Brain Teasers: These are small logic puzzles. They look simple, but they are tricky! They are great for keeping your mind sharp.

• Wooden Puzzles: These are classic games. You have to take them apart and put them back together. It takes patience. It teaches you to look at things differently.

• Home Decoration: Even when you are not playing with them, our puzzles look beautiful. They are made of natural wood with nice colors. You can put them on your desk, your coffee table, or your bookshelf. They make your room look warm and interesting.
